SCULPTD Policies
At our clinic, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their SCULPTD experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general guidelines to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.
Late Arrivals
Please ensure you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. However, we understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.
Cancellations
A non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of making a booking. We understand that stuff happens, and sometimes you need to reschedule your appointment with us. If you need to reschedule, 48 hours notice is required. Failure to do so will result in a loss of deposit.

Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
No - Shows
In the event of a no-show - deposits taken at the time of booking will be forfeited and will not be carried over to any future bookings.

If you did not pay a deposit at the time of booking, you will be required to pay 50% of the total missed appointment before making any future bookings.

If you have pre purchased a package and do not attend your 'free' appointment - 50% of the treatment time will be forfeited.
